DESCRIPTION
Seroquel is a prescription drug indicated for the treatment of certain types of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Seroquel is also indicated to treat manic episodes associated with bipolar I disorder.
Seroquel has been shown to improve the efficacy of antipsychotic medications for patients with manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder.
Seroquel may also be used off label to treat certain types of psychotic disorders, such as psychotic disorders with mixed episodes or schizophrenia. It is not known whether sertraline is effective for these conditions. It is also not known if sertraline is safe and effective for the treatment of manic episodes associated with bipolar I disorder.
DOSEYour dose should be as follows:
Seroquel is to be taken once a day in the morning, once at bedtime, or as a single dose of 2.5 mg to 5 mg once daily. A maximum of one dose should be taken in a 24-hour period. The maximum daily dose may be increased to two or three doses in a 48-hour period. The maximum daily dose may be divided into two or three treatment periods. To reduce the chance of the drug working incorrectly, patients taking sertraline should be closely monitored for at least two weeks before treatment begins. The time between dose changes is also important to consider.
If you are using sertraline for any purpose other than the treatment of manic episodes associated with bipolar I disorder, the usual adult dosing schedule is to take sertraline 1 time a day and then 1 time every other day for 2 days. A maximum of 1 dose should be taken in a 24-hour period. The time interval between doses is also important to consider. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions.
Dosage of sertraline should be based on the patient's response to the medication and any tolerability and tolerability/tolerability of the drug. Sertraline is not recommended to be used in patients who have not been adequately controlled by therapy with other psychotropic drugs. I have been taking Seroquel for about 7 months for a mental health condition. I am also on Seroquel XR for 3 months. I am pleased with the effectiveness of the medication. I have been taking the medication for several weeks and it has helped with my mood swings. It has also helped with my appetite. I will use this medication as I need to and if I miss a dose, I will continue to take it. It is very expensive and I would not recommend it. It is a good choice for anyone with an active lifestyle. I am looking forward to reading all my other reviews and experiences and to hearing others have tried this medication and have really been impressed. I am so grateful for this medication and hope it will make a difference in my situation.

I have been on Seroquel XR for about 7 months for my bipolar disorder. I am happy with the effect it has on my mood, energy level and sleep. I am also on Risperdal (Risperdal XR) and Seroquel for 4 months.
My wife and I had been on Seroquel for the past few months. We decided to take Seroquel and have her take it for 2 months. It did help her sleep but it made me feel very tired. I would not recommend Seroquel for anyone with bipolar disorder because of the cost. We have had many people on it that would give us a prescription for it, but we had a very difficult time getting the prescription. We are currently on several different medicines and it has made our treatment a little more expensive. We are also on several other medications that are on a different strength. This was a double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial designed to evaluate the efficacy of quetiapine (Seroquel XR) in the treatment of SC. The study was conducted at the Institute of Medicine, Shandong Medical University, China.
This was a retrospective review of patients who received quetiapine (Seroquel XR) therapy. The study population included patients who received quetiapine therapy for SC and used quetiapine (Seroquel XR) therapy for 3 years. The inclusion criteria included patients with a diagnosis of SC and at least one of the following:
• aged 18–59 years
• who have had a diagnosis of SC at least one of the above conditions: depression, anxiety, or insomnia, or were suffering from severe or unstable mental illness or from mental illness associated with suicidal thoughts or suicidal behaviors or self-harm or self-harm suicide attempts, or had suicidal thoughts or suicidal behaviors, or suicidal thoughts or suicidal behavior in the previous 12 months.
• patients who are diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia or psychosis and have been treated with psychotropic medications or psychotropics for schizophrenia or psychosis.
• patients with a history of psychiatric disorders such as major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) [
We excluded patients with a history of psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, or insomnia, or those who were taking psychotropic medications for schizophrenia or psychosis. Patients who were treated with a quetiapine (Seroquel XR) therapy for any reason were excluded. Patients who received quetiapine (Seroquel XR) therapy for SC were not included in the study. We defined SC as patients who had a history of a psychiatric disorder or a psychiatric diagnosis, who had been treated with psychotropic medications for schizophrenia or psychosis, or who had suicidal thoughts or suicidal behavior or suicidal thoughts in the previous 12 months. Patients who received quetiapine (Seroquel XR) therapy for SC or used quetiapine (Seroquel XR) therapy for treatment of any indication for any psychiatric disease were excluded.
